Olayemi Hair Extensions — Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Olayemi Hair Extensions, we pride ourselves on offering premium raw Indian and Filipino hair extensions that are ethically sourced, tested, and packaged with care. Due to the hygienic nature of hair products and the custom pre-order process, all sales are final.


No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

  • This applies to bundles, closures, frontals, wigs, hair care products, and digital products (eBooks, guides, templates).


Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Double-check bundle lengths, textures, and lace options. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.


Defective or Incorrect Orders

We thoroughly inspect all products before shipment. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product received

  • A description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution if applicable.


Pre-Order Policy Reminder
